I am writing to you this mail to advertise what I have in hand now. The hotel manager here in the hotel I lodge in Burkina Faso advised me that I can advertise something on the internet to get someone to help for what I have in hand now.

 

 My names are Mr. Tyiac Alidmar, a brother to late Al Mafic Alidmar from Benghazi–Libya. My brother Al Mafic Alidmar, and his family were killed in a bomb blast during Libya war in Benghazi 2011. 

 

After my brother's death, I discover in his document a deposit document that he uses to deposit 12million U.S dollars in an account in his name in a bank in Burkina Faso the country I am in now.

 

I saw the deposit document of my brother to a bank in Burkina Faso and I have contacted the bank and when I submitted the deposit document the bank has agreed to release the money to me as the brother to the depositor and said I have to get an affidavit of claiming funds from the court to get the government consent to release the fund to me.

 

I went to the court here and they say I have to get a lawyer that will stand and declare and sign for me to get the affidavit for claiming fund, I returned to the bank and when I to told the bank that the court said I have to get a lawyer, the bank is giving me the bank lawyer and that I have to pay the lawyer for his service to go to the court to declare and sign for me.

 

Now I have been in Ouagadougou for over two months and now out of cash. I have been sleeping in a hotel for over two months now and out of cash to pay the amount the bank lawyer says I should pay.

 

The lawyer is asking for huge amount because he is working for the bank and has known the amount my brother deposited in the bank that is why he is charging high.

 

I am even begging the bank to help to give money from the fund to pay the lawyer but the bank is saying that money cannot be giving from the fund until the court issue the affidavit for claiming fund to get the government consent to release the money to me.

 

I have tried and no one wants to listen to me in the bank except I get the court affidavit first.

 

 

Please can you help me? I will give you out of the fund provided I am able to get the court document for the money to be released. I am seriously in need of help very urgent because the bank has accepted to release the fund and only the court affidavit for the claiming of the fund that is remaining.

 

Even now, my hotel money has expired and the hotel manager is just helping me to stay because he was the person that helped me to trace the bank when I came to the country newly and is aware of the money with the bank.

 

Please help me and I promise to must give you from the fund.

 

Even my country Libya is still not settled very well and I am also thinking that I will transfer the money to your country if it will be safe to invest in your country.

 

Please reply me back urgently if you can help me urgently. My hotel money has expired and I need to get the money fast please.

 

The hotel manager told me that I can advertise it on internet and get a person that can help me quickly. Try to help me and contact t me fast if you receive this mail.
